Common use of Employment Records Clause in Contracts

Employment Records. ‌ Any employee shall be entitled, upon request, to see any of his/her official employee file. No information reflecting critically upon an employee shall be placed in the official file of the employee that does not bear either the signature or initials of the employee indicating that the employee has been shown the material or a statement by a supervisor that the employee refused to sign it. A copy of any such material shall be furnished the employee upon request.
