Employment and Position. Subject to Section 2, the Company hereby employs the Executive as its President and Chief Executive Officer, and the Executive hereby accepts such employment under and subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
Employment and Position. The Executive is a member of the Syngenta Executive Committee (“Executive Committee”). The Executive’s position is based at the Company’s Basel office. He shall report to the Chief Executive Officer.
Employment and Position. Effective as of the date hereof and for the Term (as defined in Section 3.1 herein), the Corporation hereby employs the Executive in the capacity of President, International, and the Executive hereby accepts such employment, all on and pursuant to the terms and conditions set out herein.
Employment and Position. 2.1 The Employee’s employment with the Company shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue for an unlimited period, in accordance with the provisions of this Employment Agreement

The Company shall employ Employee as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and Employee shall serve in such capacities, subject to the terms of this Agreement, and Employee shall report directly to the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer (the “President”), who reports directly to the Board of Directors (the “Board”).
Employment and Position. During the Term (as defined below), the Company shall employ Employee as its Chief Executive Officer and President, and Employee shall serve in such capacity, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Employee shall during the Term report directly to the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”).
Employment and Position. The Employer shall continue to employ the Executive as the President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company, and as the President and Chief Operating Officer of the Bank, and the Executive shall so serve, for the term set forth in Paragraph 1(b). Executive shall continue to be a member of the Board of Directors of the Company and the Board of Directors of the Bank.
Employment and Position. During the Term (as defined below), the Company shall continue to employ Employee as its Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, which is the same position as Employee held immediately before the Effective Date, and Employee shall continue to serve in such capacity, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Employee shall during the Term continue to report directly to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer (the “CEO”).
Employment and Position. The Bank hereby employs Executive as Executive Vice President of the Bank, and Executive hereby accepts such terms under and subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. The Bank shall provide Executive with an office at the Texarkana, Texas location of the Bank, or such other offices of the Bank as the Bank and Executive may mutually agree from which to perform his employment for the duration of this Agreement. Executive hereby represents and warrants that he has no agreements with, or obligations to, any party which conflict, or may conflict, with the interests of the Bank or with Executive’s duties as an employee of the Bank.
Employment and Position. The Company hereby agrees to employ the Executive, and the Executive hereby accepts such employment, upon the terms and conditions set forth herein. The Executive shall serve as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company. The Executive shall also serve as an executive officer of any or all of the Company's subsidiaries without any compensation other than as set forth herein.
