Common use of Employment and Position Clause in Contracts

Employment and Position. The Company hereby agrees to employ the Executive as set forth in the next succeeding sentence, and the Executive hereby accepts such employment, upon the terms and conditions set forth herein. The Executive shall serve as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company and shall have such other duties consistent with such office, as from time to time may be prescribed by the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board ").

Employment and Position. The Executive shall serve as Senior Vice President - Corporate Finance of the Company and shall report to the President and Chief Operating Executive Officer of the Company and shall have such other duties consistent with such office, as from time to time may be prescribed by the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board ")President and Chief Executive Officer.

The Executive shall serve as President and Chief Operating Officer Vice President-Development of the Company and shall have such other duties consistent with such office, as from time to time may be prescribed by the Board of Directors of Chief Executive Officer and/or the Company (the "Board ")President.
