Employer's Duty to Discuss Change. (i) The Employer shall discuss with the Employees affected and their representatives, the introduction of the changes referred to in clause 30.1(a)(a)(i), the effects the changes are likely to have on Employees, measures to avert or mitigate the adverse effects of such changes on Employees and shall give prompt consideration to matters raised by the Employees and/or their representatives in relation to the changes.

Employer's Duty to Discuss Change. The employer shall discuss with the employees affected and the Joint Consultative Committee, the introduction of the changes referred to above, the effects the changes are likely to have on employees and measures taken to avert or mitigate the adverse effects of such changes on employees, and shall give prompt consideration to matters raised by the employees in relation to the changes. These discussions shall commence as early as practicable after a definite decision has been made by the employer to make the changes and, in any event, prior to the introduction of the changes.
