Workplace Representatives definition

Workplace Representatives means a person(s) nominated by an employee or employees to represent them in accordance with this Agreement, which may be the Association.
Workplace Representatives includes but is not limited to an ANMF workplace representative or delegate.
Workplace Representatives includes but is not limited to an NSWNA workplace representative or delegate.

  • Where employees covered by this Agreement, at their discretion, elect Employee Workplace Representative/s (EWR) the EWRs will be allowed reasonable approved time to carry out functions associated with his/her role on matters that pertain to this Agreement and the employer, employee relationship.

  • Prior to leaving any worksite to attend to workplace matters, the Workplace Representative(s) must seek the approval of the relevant corporate leader, and such approval will not be unreasonably withheld; however, the corporate leader will need to ensure that operations are not unduly affected by the absence of the Workplace Representative(s).

During the life of this Agreement Council will bargain collectively with its employees through the Union in respect of the Council's new and existing employees whose terms and conditions have been covered by the Award. The flexibility to enter into Hours Agreements to cover individuals or groups of employees as provided for in Clause 517.1.
Workplace Representatives means a representative appointed in accordance with rule 81.

Related to Workplace Representatives

  • Workplace Representative means a person: (i) who is an Employee; (ii) chosen and appointed by an individual Employee or a number of Employees to represent them in relation to the terms of this Agreement; and (iii) who acts on the instructions of the Employee or Employees that appointed the Workplace Representative.
