Union or Unions definition

Union or Unions means the XXX New South Wales Branch; the New South Wales Nurses and Midwives’ Association; and the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation (NSW Branch).
Union or Unions means XXX East; the New South Wales Nurses‘ Association and the Australian Nursing Federation New South Wales Branch.
Union or Unions means either or all of the Ambulance Managers and Professionals Association (AMPA) and/or the Association of Professional Engineers, Scientists and Managers Australia (APESMA) t/a Professionals Australia, Ambulance Employees Australia Victoria (AEA-V) and Victorian Ambulance Union (VAU).

  • Where an employer decides that the employer no longer wishes the job the employee has been doing to be done by anyone, and this is not due to the ordinary and customary turnover of labour, and that decision may lead to termination of employment, the employer shall consult the employee directly affected and where relevant, their Union or Unions.

  • Where an employer decides to introduce changes in production, program, organisation, structure or technology, that are likely to have significant effects on employees, the employer shall notify the employees who may be affected by the proposed changes and, where relevant, their Union or Unions.

  • The contractor should promptly notify the State Contracting Agency when the Union or Unions with which the contractor has collective bargaining agreements does not refer to the contractor a minority or female worker referred (to the union) by the contractor, or when the contractor has information that the union referral process has impeded efforts to meet its goals.

  • If it is unable to be resolved at establishment level, the matter shall be referred to the State Secretary of the Union (or Unions) concerned or his deputy, at which level a conference of the parties shall be convened without delay.

Union or Unions means XXX‐East (XXX); the New South Wales Nurses’ Association (NSWNA) and the Australian Nursing Federation New South Wales Branch (ANF).
Union or Unions means the Health Services Union New South Wales Branch or the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation (ANMF), of which New South Wales is a Branch (ANMF NSW Branch). The NSWNMA is the commonly recognised reference in NSW. Employee has the meaning in the Act. Employer means St Vincent’s Care Services Ltd trading as St Vincent’s Care Services (50 055 210 378). Permissible occasion has the meaning in the Act.
Union or Unions means the Health Services Union New South Wales Branch; the New South Wales Nurses and Midwives’ Association; and the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation NSW Branch. Employee has the meaning in the Act. Employer means St Vincent’s Care Services Ltd trading as St Vincent’s Care Services (50 055 210 378). Permissible occasion has the meaning in the Act.
Union or Unions. – means the Health Services Union Victorian No. 3 Branch trading as the Victorian Allied Health Professionals Association or VAHPA; and the Health Services Union Victoria No. 4 Branch trading as the Medical Scientists Association of Victoria or MSAV.
Union or Unions means the labor organizations that are signatory to this Agreement, acting on their own behalf and on behalf of their respective affiliates and member organizations whose names are subscribed hereto and who have through their officers executed this Agreement ("Local Unions"). The Trades Council and the Unions are collectively referred to herein as the “Unions.”
