Common use of Employer's Duty to Discuss Change Clause in Contracts

Employer's Duty to Discuss Change. 27.2.1 The employer shall discuss with the employees affected and the relevant union(s) "inter alia", the introduction of the changes referred to in (27.1.2) hereof, the effects the changes are likely to have on employees, measures to avert or mitigate the adverse effects of such changes on employees, and shall give prompt consideration to matters raised by the employees and/or the relevant union(s) in relation to the changes.

Employer's Duty to Discuss Change. 27.2.1 19.2.1 The employer shall discuss with the employees affected affected, the Consultative Committee and the relevant union(s) "their Union, inter alia", the introduction of the changes referred to in (27.1.2) sub clauses 18.1.2 hereof, the effects the changes are likely to have on employees, measures to avert or mitigate the adverse effects of such changes on employees, employees and shall give prompt consideration to matters raised by the employees employees, Consultative Committee and/or the relevant union(s) their Union in relation to the changes.

Employer's Duty to Discuss Change. 27.2.1 31.3.1 The employer shall will discuss with the employees affected and the relevant union(s) "inter alia"union to which they belong, among other things, the introduction of the changes referred to in (27.1.2) hereofsub-clause 33.2 of this clause, the effects the that changes are likely to have on employees, employees and measures to avert or mitigate the adverse effects of such changes on employees, and shall will give prompt consideration to matters raised by the employees and/or the relevant union(s) union in relation to the changes.

Employer's Duty to Discuss Change. 27.2.1 12.2.1 The employer shall discuss with the employees affected and the relevant union(s) "union, inter alia", the introduction of the changes referred to in (27.1.2) hereof11.1, the effects the changes are likely to have on employees, employees and measures to avert or mitigate the adverse effects of such changes on employees, and shall give prompt consideration to matters raised by the employees and/or the relevant union(s) union in relation to the changes.
