  • Employer Rules The Employer may establish reasonable work rules necessary to regulate employees’ conduct at work. Work rules shall be reviewed with new employees, conspicuously posted and made available to all employees. The Employer may require new employees to sign a form provided by that Employer to confirm their understanding of the work rules. The Employer will advise the Union of any proposed changes to the work rules thirty (30) days in advance.
