Employee’s Decision. If Employee wishes to sign this Release Agreement and thereafter be eligible to receive the Severance Benefits under the Agreement, Employee must deliver one fully executed original of this Release Agreement, to Choice Hotels International, 00000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000, Vice PresidentHuman Resources, no later than the close of business on the 21st day after Employee receives this Release Agreement.
