Employee Regulations. All employees, contractors, and designees (including, inspection and truck and rail transportation service providers) of each Party when on the property of the other Party shall conform to the rules and regulations concerning safety and the routing procedures of such other Party. Xxxxx reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse access to its property to any Xxxxxxxx employee, contractor, or designee that is in violation of Holly’s rules and regulations concerning safety and its routing procedures.

Employee Regulations. All employees of each Party when on the property of the other Party will conform to the rules, regulations and procedures concerning safety of such other Party. From time to time, each Party shall furnish the other Party with complete and accurate and current copies of all such rules, regulations and procedures.
Employee Regulations. 1.10.7.2.1 The Contractor's Solid Waste collection employees shall wear a uniform or shirt bearing the company's name. The Contractor shall furnish to each employee an identifying badge, not less than two and one-half (2-1/2) inches in diameter, with numbers and letters at least one (1) inch high, uniform in type. Employees shall be required to wear such badges while on duty. Lettering stitched on or identifying patches permanently attached to uniform shirts and jackets will be acceptable. The Contractor shall keep a record of employees' names and numbers assigned.

  • Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (a) If the Contactor is a Business Associate under the requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”), as noted in this Contract, the Contractor must comply with all terms and conditions of this Section of the Contract. If the Contractor is not a Business Associate under HIPAA, this Section of the Contract does not apply to the Contractor for this Contract.

In this regard, the Contractor certifies that any lobbyist employed or retained by the Contractor or his firm has both registered and made the required disclosures required by the Executive Orders, as amended.

  • SAFETY REGULATIONS Equipment shall meet all State and Federal safety regulations.

  • FAIR LABOR STANDARDS ACT 314. To the extent that the Agreement fails to afford employees the overtime or compensatory time off benefits to which they are entitled under the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Agreement is amended to authorize and direct all City Departments to ensure that their employees receive, at a minimum, such Fair Labor Standards Act Benefits.
