Employee Laptop Computers. 32 The District will provide each employee a laptop computer or access to a computer to effectively carry out 33 their work responsibilities. 34 35 Each existing classroom shall be equipped with a means of communicating with the Main Office. Each site 36 will have a phone designated for faculty use for private conversations. The need for staff members to receive 37 messages at work is recognized, and in each building this process will be collaboratively arrived at for utilizing 38 the system and persons available. However, it is agreed that staff members will, except in emergency cases, 39 restrict their use of phones to times that will not diminish the District from the educational process and that 40 personal business calls should be made outside the school day. 41 42 43 44 45 46 47 48 49

Employee Laptop Computers. Prior to Closing, Seller shall (i) copy and store for delivery to Buyer as part of the Purchased Assets, all computer files containing any information related to the Business or the Purchased Assets that is located on a laptop computer which is an Excluded Asset and (ii) after a copy of such information has been retained for delivery to Buyer, delete such information from all laptop computers which are Excluded Assets.

  • Computers All computers, hardware, software, computer upgrades and maintenance in connection therewith shall be at Owner's expense.

  • Employee Lists (A) Upon request of the Union on no more than a quarterly basis, the state will provide it with personnel data from the state personnel database (People First). These data will include employees’ names, home addresses, work locations, classification titles, and other data elements as identified by the Union that are not confidential under state law. This information will be prepared on the basis of the latest information available in the database at the time of the request.

  • Employee File 27.01 Upon request to their immediate supervisor, employees are entitled to read, review and be provided with one (1) copy of any document in their human resources file at a mutually agreed time. The Senior Union Official, or designate, with the written authority of the employee, shall be entitled to review the employee's human resource file in the workplace, in order to facilitate the investigation of a grievance. The employee or the Senior Union Official, as the case may be, shall give the Employer seven (7) days' notice prior to examining the file. Employees shall have the right to rebut in writing any document, including but not limited to disciplinary notices and evaluations, in their human resources file. Such rebuttals, other than grievances, shall be attached to the document and placed in the personnel file.

  • Employee Workload ‌ The Employer shall ensure that an employee’s workload is not unsafe as a result of employee absence(s). Employees may refer safety related workload concerns to the Occupational Health and Safety Committee for investigation under Article 22.3 (Occupational Health and Safety Committee).

  • Computer The Contractor shall maintain at its office for its use a computer with, at a minimum, a 1 GHz processor and an internet connection. The Contractor shall maintain individual email accounts for each of its project managers.

  • EMPLOYEE FILES 10.01 A copy of any completed formal evaluation which is to be placed in an employee’s file shall be first reviewed with the employee. The employee shall initial such evaluation as having been read and shall have the opportunity to add her or his views to such evaluation prior to it being placed in her or his file. It is understood that such evaluations do not constitute disciplinary action by the Employer against the employee. Having provided a written request to the Director of Care, or her designate, an employee shall be entitled to her personnel file for the purpose of reviewing any evaluations or formal disciplinary notations contained therein, in the presence of the Director of Care, at a mutually agreeable time.

  • COMPUTER GRAPHICS FILES The Engineer agrees to comply with Attachment G, Computer Graphics Files for Document and Information Exchange, if determined by the State to be applicable to this contract.

  • Computer Tape The Computer Tape made available by the Seller to the Trust on the Closing Date was complete and accurate as of the Cutoff Date and includes a description of the same Receivables that are described in the Schedule of Receivables.
