Counselor Workload Stipends. 22 To address Counselor workload, Counselors will receive a stipend each school year based on the chart 23 below. Stipends will be paid based on the official enrollment counts on October 1 divided by the total 24 counseling FTE. Counselors with a split assignment working at different levels shall receive a prorated 25 stipend by FTE/Student workload at each level.   • Counseling Services Counseling services are available to Residents through the UC Health Employee Assistance Program. In addition, residents may utilize their health insurance coverage to access mental health care under the terms and conditions of their health care insurance provider.

  • Counseling including marriage or pre-marital counseling, religious, family, career, social adjustment, pastoral or financial counseling.

  • Stipends Bargaining unit members may qualify for stipends for advanced degrees which are "in-field." Employees who held out-of-field stipends on the date of contract ratification by the BTU for the 1994-95 school year shall be allowed to continue to receive said stipends until they leave the employment of the District.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Consulting Teachers a. A Consulting Teacher is a teacher who provides assistance to a Participating Teacher pursuant to the Peer Assistance and Review Program. The following shall constitute minimum qualifications for the Consulting Teacher:

  • Board Member Training Within 90 days after the Effective Date, each member of the Board of Directors shall receive at least two hours of training. This training shall address the corporate governance responsibilities of board members, and the responsibilities of board members with respect to review and oversight of the Compliance Program. Specifically, the training shall address the unique responsibilities of health care Board members, including the risks, oversight areas, and strategic approaches to conducting oversight of a health care entity. This training may be conducted by an outside compliance expert hired by the Board and should include a discussion of the OIG’s guidance on Board member responsibilities.‌ New members of the Board of Directors shall receive the Board Member Training described above within 30 days after becoming a member or within 90 days after the Effective Date, whichever is later.

  • Training and Professional Development C. Maintain written program procedures covering these six (6) core activities. All procedures shall be consistent with the requirements of this Contract.

  • SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED BY CONSULTANT A. Consultant hereby agrees to render to City, as an independent contractor, certain professional, technical and expert services of a temporary and occasional character as set forth in Exhibit A (“Scope of Work”).
