Computer Tape definition

Computer Tape means the computer tapes or other electronic media furnished by the Servicer to the Issuer and its assigns describing certain characteristics of the Receivables as of the Cutoff Date.
Computer Tape means the computer tape generated by the Seller which provides information relating to the Receivables and which was used by the Seller in selecting the Receivables conveyed to the Trust hereunder.
Computer Tape means the computer tape generated by the Company which provides information relating to the Contracts and which was used by the Company in selecting the Contracts, and includes the master file and the history file.

Computer Tape means the computer tapes or other electronic media furnished by AFS Funding Corp. to the Issuer and its assigns describing certain characteristics of the Initial Receivables as of the Cutoff Date and of Subsequent Receivables as of the related Subsequent Cutoff Date.
Computer Tape means a computer tape or diskette (or other means of electronic transmission acceptable to the Backup Servicer) in a readable format acceptable to the Backup Servicer.
