Computer Tape. The Computer Tape made available by the Seller to the Trust on the Closing Date was complete and accurate as of the Cutoff Date and includes a description of the same Receivables that are described in the Schedule of Receivables.
Computer Tape. The computer tape regarding the Receivables made available by the Seller to the Depositor is complete and accurate in all material respects as of the Cutoff Date.
Computer Tape. The Computer Tape made available by AmeriCredit to AFS SenSub Corp. and to the Issuer on the Closing Date was complete and accurate as of the Cutoff Date and includes a description of the same Receivables that are described in the Schedule of Receivables.
Computer Tape. The computer tape regarding the Receivables made available by the Seller to the Depositor is complete and accurate in all respects as of the Transfer Date.

Computer Tape. The computer tape from which the selection of the Receivables being acquired on the Closing Date was made available to the accountants that are providing a comfort letter to the Noteholders in connection with the numerical information regarding the Receivables and the Notes.

The Computer Tape made available by AmeriCredit to AFS Funding and to the Trust on the Closing Date or Subsequent Transfer Date, as applicable, was complete and accurate as of the related Cutoff Date and includes a description of the same Receivables that are described in the Schedule of Receivables.
Computer Tape. The Computer Tape made available by the Servicer as of ------------- the close of business on October 31, 1997 was accurate as of its date and includes a description of the same Contracts that are described in the Contract Schedule.
Computer Tape. The Computer Tapes made available by the Seller were complete and accurate as of the Cutoff Date and include a description of the same Receivables that are described in the Schedule of Receivables.

The computer tape made available to the Insurer by the Originator on the Closing Date or the Funding Date, as applicable, was complete and accurate as of the applicable Cut-Off Date and includes a description of the same Contracts that are described on the related Schedule of Contracts.
