Eligibility for Overtime Compensation. Employees in overtime eligible positions will receive time and one-half (1-1/2) their regular hourly rate unless a determination has been made that the position is executive, professional or administrative as defined in the Fair Labor Standards Act. Employees in positions which have been determined to be executive, professional or administrative shall receive time off for authorized time worked in excess of eight (8) hours per day or forty (40) hours per week at the rate of one (1) hour off for one (1) hour of overtime worked. This time off shall be utilized within one (1) year of being earned or shall be lost.
