Overtime Category 38. Solely at management’s discretion, employees in classes otherwise assigned to Overtime Category 18 may be eligible to receive discretionary cash payments for overtime hours worked.

  • EMPLOYEE CATEGORIES All employees fall into one or the other of four principal categories as outlined below.

  • Client Categorisation 4.1.
