Overtime-Eligible Positions. Time and one-half (1-1/2) their regular hourly rate unless a determination at the date this Agreement is effective has been made that the position is executive, administrative, or professional as defined by the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Such time and one-half (1-1/2) compensation shall be in the form of cash or compensatory time, pursuant to Section 7 of this Article. (See Article 25 Letter of Agreement.)

  • Overtime-Eligible Employees Employees who are covered by the overtime provisions of state and federal law.

  • Compensatory Time for Overtime Eligible Employees A. Compensatory Time Eligibility Compensatory time off may be earned in lieu of cash only when an institution and the employee agree.
