Overtime Category 14. Employees in classes assigned to pay grades above 21 who are covered by the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act, and who have not previously been in a “time and one-half” overtime category, shall receive overtime compensation at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) times their regular hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of forty (40) in any workweek. This category shall also include the following classes: Fish and Wildlife Technician Fisheries Field Coordinator VSH Psychiatric Nurse II

  • EMPLOYEE CATEGORIES All employees fall into one or the other of four principal categories as outlined below.

  • Employment Categories (a) Employees under this Agreement will be employed in one of the following categories:

If a nurse works more than two (2) consecutive hours beyond the end of the twelve (12) hour shift, all overtime hours after fourteen (14) consecutive hours of work for that shift shall be paid at double time (2x).

  • Basic Work Week (a) The basic work week of an employee working full-time shall be thirty-seven (37) hours to be worked as scheduled by the Company as follows: - Four (4) shifts of eight (8) hours and one (1) shift of five (5) hours; or - Two (2) shifts of eight (8) hours and three (3) shifts of seven (7) hours.
