Effective Date of Payment. The term "Effective Date of Payment" shall mean the date when payment by the Member of all fees, dues and other obligations due to Association were received by and paid in full to Professional Photographers of America. Should the Member be in arrearage for any fees, dues and for any other obligations to Association for more than thirty (30) days after their due date as reflected on the records of Association, such records being final and binding, such Member shall not be considered as being a Covered Member for purposes of the Declaration Period, and the Trust shall have no obligation to the Member under this Declaration.

  • Date of payment Should the principal of or interest on the Notes become due and payable on other than a Business Day, the maturity thereof shall be extended to the next succeeding Business Day and in the case of principal, interest shall be payable thereon at the rate per annum specified in the Notes during such extension.

The Termination Payment shall be made to the Non-Defaulting Party, as applicable, within ten (10) Business Days after such Notice is effective.

  • EFFECTIVE DATE OF SETTLEMENT 38. The Effective Date of this Settlement shall be the first business day on which all of the following shall have occurred or been waived:
