Covered Member definition

Covered Member means the entities named in Item 1 of the Declarations, those entities added by endorsement as indicated under FORMS AND ENDORSEMENTS of the Declarations, and any other agency, district, commission, authority, board, or other affiliated entity that is governed by the named Covered Member’s governing board members (through the same or a different governing board) or otherwise under the named Covered Member’s direction and control.

Covered Member s immediate family” means:

Covered Member means an Eligible Member in respect of whom a Takaful Coverage under this Certificate has been effected.

Examples of Covered Member in a sentence

• Each Covered Member must comply with, and observe the spirit of, all Japanese and foreign laws, accounting standards, regulations of self-regulating organizations applicable to him or herself and with internal regulations and guidelines of Kyocera including the Code.

• Each Covered Member must act faithfully and ethically in performing his or her duties and must always maintain high level of professional ethics.

• Notwithstanding any provision of the Plan to the contrary, any eligible Employee whose date of hire, rehire or acquisition is on or before December 31, 2008 and who has not affirmatively elected to become a Member (or affirmatively declined to become a Member) pursuant to Section 2.02 shall become a Covered Member on the first Enrollment Date which is on or about 45 days after January 1, 2010.

• Any fee charged to the Covered Member for the withdrawal may not be greater than any other fee charged for a cash distribution.

• The amount of Automatic Deferred Cash Contributions made for a Covered Member each pay period is equal to 3% multiplied by the Covered Member’s Compensation for that pay period.

More Definitions of Covered Member

Covered Member or “Covered Patient” means any person who is eligible to receive Medical Services from a Provider in accordance with, ow pursuant to, an Agreement with a Customer.
