Common use of Earned Vacation Clause in Contracts

Earned Vacation. A. Group A in Section 10.1 shall accrue vacation as follows: • 1-1/4 of a day for each month of service for each year during the first four (4) years of service (0-3 years completed) in the District, to a maximum of fifteen (15) days in any one year.

Earned Vacation. A. Group A in Section 10.1 eligible employees shall accrue vacation as follows: • 1-1/4  5/6 of a day for each month of service for each year during the first four (4) years of service (0-3 years completed) in the District, to a maximum of fifteen ten (1510) days in any one year.
