Duty-Free Lunch Break. All bargaining unit employees shall be entitled to an uninterrupted, duty-free lunch period of not less than one-half hour and not more than one hour, which shall be scheduled at or about the middle of each employee's work shift. An employee required to work on his/her lunch period shall receive pay at the overtime rate for work performed during the lunch period.
