Coffee Break Clause Samples
A Coffee Break clause establishes the right for employees or participants to take short, scheduled breaks during work or meetings. Typically, this clause specifies the duration and frequency of these breaks, such as allowing a 15-minute pause every few hours, and may outline any restrictions or expectations regarding their use. Its core practical function is to ensure that individuals have regular opportunities to rest and recharge, which can help maintain productivity and well-being throughout the workday or event.
