Coffee Break. 23:01 The Employer shall recognize a paid coffee break period of 15 minutes duration in each half of a shift, whether during a normal work day or on shift work.
Coffee Break. 12:06 A coffee break shall be allowed each employee of the Company as close to midway in the first half of the shift, and as close to midway in the second half of the shift, as possible. Time allowed for coffee breaks shall be ten (10) minutes each. Labour Management:
Coffee Break. There shall be a ten (10) minute coffee break at the site of the work as near as possible to the middle of the first half of each shift only, to be scheduled by the Employer, based on job conditions.
Coffee Break. A10.01 It is agreed that all employees of the employer covered by this Agreement will be permitted time once in each half of their respective shifts to drink coffee or refreshments on the job during regular working hours. It is, however, understood that this shall be done in such a manner as not to stop the normal operation of the job and the break shall not exceed ten (10) minutes.
Coffee Break a. Employees who work a forty (40) hour week will be permitted to take one (1) fifteen (15) minute coffee break during the first four (4) hours of employment and one (1) ten (10) minute coffee break during the last four (4) hours of employment provided such coffee breaks do not interfere with the normal operations of the department and have been approved by the employee's immediate supervisor.
Coffee Break. Each employee may be allowed a 10-minute coffee break between the second and third hour of the work shift, or as work allows. Coffee breaks may be omitted by the employer, after notifying the Union, if the employer determines that certain job-site conditions prove to be inapplicable.
Coffee Break. The Employer will not object to the employee taking his/her coffee container with him in order that he/she may have coffee in the A.M. and P.M. The Employee will be restricted to having his/her coffee in the close proximity of his/her work. Total work interruption shall not exceed ten (10) minutes in the A.M. or ten (10) minutes in the P.M.
Coffee Break. One fifteen (15) minute coffee break will be permitted during the morning work period and one during the afternoon work period. Any breaks in excess of these two are unauthorized and will subject the non-conforming employee to disciplinary action. It is clearly understood that the foregoing is not to be interpreted as authorizing employees to drop what they are working at and leave for coffee whenever the nature of the work performed requires them to continue until a satisfactory break period is possible. Employees shall not, under any circumstances, leave for coffee break while they are taking care of questions or problems of a citizen in their office. There may even be times when, because of the type of work being done, a break will not be possible. Employees will have to be guided by the judgment of supervision during those infrequent occasions.
Coffee Break. The employer will grant a coffee break not exceeding ten (10) minutes each in the morning and once in the afternoon of each working day. Ten (10) minutes is the maximum lost time from work on each coffee break.
