H3 Break. H3.1 The Authority shall have the right to terminate the Contract at any time by giving three (3) Months’ written notice to the Contractor. The Authority may extend the period of notice at any time before it expires, subject to agreement on the level of Services to be provided by the Contractor during the period of extension.
H3 Break. The Client shall have the right to terminate the Contract at any time by giving at least one Months’ written notice to the Contractor.

H3.1 Notwithstanding the provisions of Clause H1.3, either party may terminate the Contract in whole or in part at any time by giving the other at least three (3) months notice in writing, or other such period as may be agreed between the Parties, without the need to give any reason for the termination. Save in relation to any antecedent breach in the event of termination pursuant to this Clause H3.1 neither party shall have any right or rights against the other arising out of or as a consequence of such termination, other than as provided for by Clause H4.2 H3.2 On the expiry or termination of this Contract or any one or more Provision or Provisions: a the Contractor shall repay forthwith to the Authority any moneys paid up to and including such date of termination other than moneys in respect of any Provision or part thereof properly performed in accordance with this Contract; b the Contractor shall cease all use of all the Authority Intellectual Property Rights, Generated Intellectual Property Rights, and any Trade Xxxx and shall return or destroy as the Authority requires, all documents and materials (including those in electronic format) incorporating or referring to the same.
H3 Break. The AUTHORITY/Contracting AUTHORITY shall have the right to terminate in respect of any Call-Off Contracts against the Framework Agreement at any time by giving six (6) months’ written notice to the SERVICE PROVIDER.
