DURATION OF MANAGED SERVICES SUPPORT SERVICES. 7.1.1 Any Contract including the provision of Managed Services Support Services based on an order which is accepted by Digital Origin pursuant to condition 2.1 is, until the Go-Live Date, conditional on Digital Origin providing confirmation by email to the Client that the terms stated on the Order Form of the applicable Contract for Managed Services Support Services do not contain any errors or omissions. Subject to this condition 7.1.1 and in consideration of (and subject to) the payment of the Annual Support Charge each year by the Client, Digital Origin shall supply to the Client the Managed Services Support Services in accordance with the Contract.

Subject to this condition 7.1.1 and in consideration of (and subject to) the payment of the Annual Support Charge each year by the Client, Pericom shall supply to the Client the Managed Services Support Services in accordance with the Contract.

Subject to this condition 7.1.1 and in consideration of (and subject to) the payment of the Annual Support Charge each year by the Client, Beyond Networks shall supply to the Client the Managed Services Support Services in accordance with the Contract.

Subject to this condition 7.1.1 and in consideration of (and subject to) the payment of the Annual Support Charge each year by the Client, Ezee Business Solutions shall supply to the Client the Managed Services Support Services in accordance with the Contract.
