EQUIPMENT AND/OR LEASED EQUIPMENT. 9.1.1 The Price is as stated on the Order Form and is exclusive of VAT or any other tax or duty payable. The amount of such taxes or duties shall be added to the Price and shall be payable by the Client in the same manner as the Price. Any invoices issued by Digital Origin in respect of the Price shall, save in the case of manifest error, be final, conclusive and binding on the Client.
