Dowels. 27 As of the Effective Date, Defendant shall not distribute for sale, sell, or offer for sale the 28 Dowels in California unless (a) the brass contains no more than 100 parts per million (0.01%) of 1 Lead (“Reformulated Product”), or (b) each Dowel is distributed, sold, or offered for sale with a 2 clear and reasonable warning as described below in Section 2.2.
Dowels. Where and as designated, steel bar dowels shall be provided for anchorage to previously cast concrete. For anchorage to existing construction, an approved non-shrink epoxy type grout or approved bolting devices shall be used.
Dowels. All dowels projecting above the surface, that would in any way endanger any Ironworkers working above the same, shall be bent over or covered over in such a way as to remove the hazard. Current OSHA regulations for ventilation will be observed by the Contractor and the Ironworker.
