DMWW’s Enumerated Maintenance Responsibilities. DMWW shall provide for maintenance for Phase I Park Improvements as set forth in this Section. Foundation will reimburse DMWW for this maintenance as set forth in Article III, Section 3(a). The type and level of maintenance provided will be consistent with the type and level of maintenance provided in other areas of the Water Works Park Property. Routine maintenance tasks shall be performed by DMWW staff in a manner consistent with those normally performed by DMWW staff. DMWW will also provide minor repairs within the capabilities of its staff which will generally include those with a material cost not exceeding $500. Maintenance and repair activities outside the scope of the tasks that can be completed by DMWW staff will be outsourced as provided in Article II, Section 4. In particular, DMWW shall perform the following routine maintenance tasks:

Failure to fulfill the terms of the above may lead to termination of this contract, removal from on-campus housing, and a community standards process resulting in a sanction, including but not limited to expulsion.

  • Monitoring Responsibilities The Custodian shall furnish annually to the Fund, during the month of June, information concerning the foreign sub-custodians employed by the Custodian. Such information shall be similar in kind and scope to that furnished to the Fund in connection with the initial approval of this Contract. In addition, the Custodian will promptly inform the Fund in the event that the Custodian learns of a material adverse change in the financial condition of a foreign sub-custodian or any material loss of the assets of the Fund or in the case of any foreign sub-custodian not the subject of an exemptive order from the Securities and Exchange Commission is notified by such foreign sub-custodian that there appears to be a substantial likelihood that its shareholders' equity will decline below $200 million (U.S. dollars or the equivalent thereof) or that its shareholders' equity has declined below $200 million (in each case computed in accordance with generally accepted U.S. accounting principles).

  • User Responsibilities Personnel and where appropriate other internal users, will need to be made aware of their responsibilities towards maintaining effective access controls e.g. choosing strong passwords and keeping them confidential.
