Disposition of Documents. All documents prepared by the Engineer and all documents furnished to the Engineer by the State shall be delivered to the State upon request by the State. The Engineer, at its own expense, may retain copies of such documents or any other data which it has furnished the State under this contract, but further use of the data is subject to permission by the State.

The Surveyor, at its own expense, may retain copies of documents or any other data that have been furnished the State under this contract, but use of the documents or data is subject to permission by the State.

Disposition of Documents. In the event of the termination of this Agreement by either the Company or the Purchaser as provided in Section 7.1 hereof, each party, if so requested by the other party, will (a) return promptly every document (other than documents publicly available and other than one copy thereof to be retained by outside counsel for such party) furnished to it by the other party (or any Subsidiary, division, associate or affiliate of such other party) in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, whether so obtained before or after the execution of this Agreement, and any copies thereof which may have been made, and will cause its representatives and others to whom such documents were furnished promptly to return such documents and any copies thereof any of them may have made, or (b) destroy such documents and cause its representatives and such other representatives to destroy such documents, and so certify such destruction to the other party.

The Architect, at its own expense, may retain copies of such documents or any other data which it has furnished the State under this contract, but further use of the data is subject to permission by the State.
Disposition of Documents. All documents prepared by Consultant and all documents furnished to Consultant by the State shall be delivered to the State upon request by the State. Consultant, at its own expense, may retain copies of such documents or any other data, which it has furnished the State under this contract, but further use of the data is subject to permission by the State.
Disposition of Documents. All documents prepared by the Engineer and all documents furnished to the Engineer by the CRRMA shall be delivered to the CRRMA upon request by the CRRMA. The Engineer, at its own expense, may retain copies of such documents or any other data which it has furnished the CRRMA under the Contract, but further use of the data is subject to permission by the CRRMA.
Disposition of Documents. All documents and records of the Partnership, including, without limitation, all financial records, vouchers, cancelled checks, and bank statements shall be retained by the Partners upon termination of the Partnership. The Partner holding such documents and records shall retain them for a period of at least seven years after the termination of the Partnership and shall make copies thereof available to the other Partners during such period, subject to the provisions of Section 16.5.

All documents and records of the Company, including all Key Documents, financial records, vouchers, canceled checks, and bank statements shall be delivered to GGPLP upon termination of the Company if GGPLP is then a Member, and otherwise to NYSCRF. Upon request of any Member, copies of all such documents and records shall be provided to such Member at such Member's cost. The Member holding such documents and records shall retain them for a period of at least six (6) years after the termination of the Company and shall make such records available to the other Member for inspection during such period.
