Section 16.5. 17 Neither party shall be compelled to comply with any provision of this Agreement which conflicts with 18 State or Federal statutes or regulations promulgated pursuant thereto that were enacted prior to the 19 effective date of this Agreement.
Section 16.5. 28 Employees required to remain overnight on District business shall be reimbursed for room and board 29 expenditures.
Section 16.5. 11 Employees required to drive personal vehicles from one building to another in the course of their 12 regular work will receive mileage allowance at the adopted District rate.
Section 16.5. 11 Staff development funds and procedural guidelines shall be incorporated into the labor agreement, by 12 reference, and must be tied to continued funding.
Section 16.5. 24 Each employee shall receive his/her salary in twelve (12) equal payments.
Section 16.5. 40 Longevity is defined as credit for years of service for purposes of salary placement and benefits. 41 Seniority is defined as credit for years of service as provided in Article X of this Agreement. 42 43 44 45 1 2 3 4 5 Section 17.1. A R T I C L E X V I I SALARIES AND EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION 6 Employees shall be compensated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement for all hours 7 worked. All compensation practices shall be consistent with the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Section 16.5. 16 Annual increments shall be granted to all employees on September 1 of each year during the term of this 17 Agreement; provided, however, that new employees subject to this Agreement must have been hired prior 18 to the last day of February in order to be eligible for an increment during the first year.
Section 16.5. 12 Employees required to remain overnight on District business shall be reimbursed for room and board 13 expenditures per District policy and procedures 6213 as revised 1/28/13 and 6213P as revised 9/15/15.
Section 16.5. 17 Retroactive pay, where applicable, shall be paid on the first regular payday following execution of this 18 Agreement.
Section 16.5. 9 The District shall compensate employees at their regular rate of pay (or overtime rate, if applicable) for 10 all hours spent in required testing procedures, including travel time (and mileage if the employee is 11 required to drive a personal vehicle to a testing site outside of Forks).
