Notice of recommended disciplinary suspension or discharge shall be timely made following the investigation of the circumstances resulting in the recommendation, normally within thirty (30) calendar days after the Port became aware of the incident. The notice of proposed discipline shall include the facts upon which the charges are made and a scheduled opportunity to respond to the charges. Notification of a final decision following the response opportunity shall normally be within seven (7) days.
