Determining the Availability of a Deposit – All Accounts. The day funds become available is determined by counting business days from the day of your deposit. Every day is a business day except Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays. If you make a deposit in person before our “cutoff time” on a day that we are open, we will consider that day to be the day of your deposit for the purposes of calculating when your funds will become available. All deposits or transactions received after the cutoff time, via night depository or received on a day that we are closed for business, will be treated as if received on the next business day that we are open, unless differently disclosed. Cut-off Times: Our cutoff times are set forth in the Schedule. Deposits sent by mail are considered deposited on the business day it arrives, if it arrives by the cutoff time at the branch of deposit.

However, if you make a deposit on a day we are not open, we will consider that the deposit was made on the next business day we are open. In all cases, availability of any deposit assumes that a requested withdrawal will not overdraw the account. Immediate Availability for Certain Items: The following types of deposits will usually be available for withdrawal immediately and are subject to the Longer Delays May Apply section below: • Cash (if deposited in person to an employee of ours); • Electronic direct deposits; • Wire transfers; and • The first $225 from the aggregate of all other deposits made on any given day. Immediate Availability for Most Other Items: Our general availability policy for items not listed in the prior section is to make funds available to you immediately on the first business day after the day of deposit. See the previous section for the types and amounts of deposits that are available immediately. ACH TRANSFERS ACH or Wire Credit Transfers Originated by Another Financial Institution: If you initiate a Wire or ACH transfer from your account at another financial institution to your LGE account, also known as ACH Credits, these funds will be credited and made available on the same day that the item posts to your account, at which time you may withdraw the funds in cash, send a wire transfer, and pay checks you have written. We do not consider electronic credits (incoming wires or ACH credits) where LGE is not the originator, as “uncollected” funds when determining availability for sending wire transfers. ACH Debit Transfers Originated by the Credit Union: If LGE initiates an ACH Debit, requested by you, which would be a credit of funds to your LGE account and debit from your account at another financial institution, these funds from the transfer will be posted to your account and made available no later than close of business on the third (3rd) business day after the day the transfer was processed, at which time you may withdraw the funds in cash, send a wire transfer, and pay checks you ...

  • Determining the Availability of a Deposit The length of the delay is counted in business days from the day of your deposit. The length of delay varies depending on the type and manner of deposit. For determining the availability of funds deposited to your Accounts, for purposes of the Funds Availability Policy, every day is a business day, except Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays. All times provided below are Pacific Time. If you make a deposit directly to a teller on a business day while we are open for business (generally 6:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.), that day is the day of your deposit. If you place your deposit in a Lobby Express Box in Tukwila Financial Center or Xxxxxxx Financial Center before 4 p.m., that day is the day of your deposit. If you make your deposit after 7 p.m. on a business day, or on a day that is not a business day, the next business day will be the day of or your deposit. Any deposited check, cashier’s check, draft, or money order that is drawn on a bank outside of the U.S or is issued in any currency other than U.S. dollars (Foreign Item) is exempt from this Funds Availability Policy. Availability of funds from deposited Foreign Items will be delayed for the time it takes us to collect the funds from the paying financial institution and may take anywhere from several weeks to several months before such deposits will be made available to you.

  • CALCULATING THE AMOUNT OF LOSS OF REVENUES BY THE DISTRICT Subject to the provisions of Section 6.5, the amount to be paid by Applicant to compensate District for loss of Maintenance and Operations Revenue resulting from, or on account of, this Agreement for each year starting in the year of the Application Approval Date and ending on the Final Termination Date (as set out in Exhibit 5), the “M&O Amount” shall be determined in compliance with Applicable School Finance Law in effect for such year and according to the following formula:

  • Audit Rights Period for All Other Accounts and Records Accounts and records related to a Party’s performance or satisfaction of its obligations under this Agreement other than those described in Article 25.4.1 of this Agreement shall be subject to audit as follows: (i) for an audit relating to cost obligations, the applicable audit rights period shall be twenty-four months after the auditing Party’s receipt of an invoice giving rise to such cost obligations; and (ii) for an audit relating to all other obligations, the applicable audit rights period shall be twenty-four months after the event for which the audit is sought.

  • Availability of Books and Records Business Associate agrees to make its internal practices, books and records relating to the use and disclosure of PHI received from Covered Entity, or created or received, maintained or transmitted on behalf of Covered Entity, available to the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for purposes of determining the Covered Entity and Business Associate's compliance with the HIPAA Standards. Business Associate promptly shall provide to Covered Entity a copy of any documentation that Business Associate provides to the Secretary.

  • Non-Availability of Funds Every payment obligation of the State under this Charter is conditioned upon the availability of funds continuing to be appropriated or allocated for the payment of such obligations. If funds are not allocated and available for the continuance of this Charter, the Commission may terminate this Charter at the end of the period for which funds are available. No liability shall accrue to the Commission, nor the State, or any of its subdivisions, departments or divisions, in the event this provision is exercised, and neither the Commission nor the State shall be obligated or liable for any future payments or for any damages as a result of termination under this paragraph.

  • Can I Roll Over or Transfer Amounts from Other IRAs or Employer Plans If properly executed, you are allowed to roll over a distribution from one Traditional IRA to another without tax penalty. Rollovers between Traditional IRAs may be made once every 12 months and must be accomplished within 60 days after the distribution. Beginning in 2015, just one 60 day rollover is allowed in any 12 month period, inclusive of all Traditional, Xxxx, SEP, and SIMPLE IRAs owned. Under certain conditions, you may roll over (tax-free) all or a portion of a distribution received from a qualified plan or tax-sheltered annuity in which you participate or in which your deceased spouse participated. In addition, you may also make a rollover contribution to your Traditional IRA from a qualified deferred compensation arrangement. Amounts from a Xxxx XXX may not be rolled over into a Traditional IRA. If you have a 401(k), Xxxx 401(k) or Xxxx 403(b) and you wish to rollover the assets into an IRA you must roll any designated Xxxx assets, or after tax assets, to a Xxxx XXX and roll the remaining plan assets to a Traditional IRA. In the event of your death, the designated beneficiary of your 401(k) Plan may have the opportunity to rollover proceeds from that Plan into a Beneficiary IRA account. In general, strict limitations apply to rollovers, and you should seek competent advice in order to comply with all of the rules governing rollovers. Most distributions from qualified retirement plans will be subject to a 20% withholding requirement. The 20% withholding can be avoided by electing a “direct rollover” of the distribution to a Traditional IRA or to certain other types of retirement plans. You should receive more information regarding these withholding rules and whether your distribution can be transferred to a Traditional IRA from the plan administrator prior to receiving your distribution.

  • Entity Accounts Not Required to Be Reviewed, Identified or Reported Unless the Reporting Singaporean Financial Institution elects otherwise, either with respect to all New Entity Accounts or, separately, with respect to any clearly identified group of such accounts, where the implementing rules in Singapore provide for such election, a credit card account or a revolving credit facility treated as a New Entity Account is not required to be reviewed, identified, or reported, provided that the Reporting Singaporean Financial Institution maintaining such account implements policies and procedures to prevent an account balance owed to the Account Holder that exceeds $50,000.
