Design of the Memorandum. The Memorandum outlines the agreement for the: • management of drinking water quality; • audit of water supply systems; • publication and exchange of information and data; and • managing events of public health significance. In addition, this Memorandum incorporates and makes reference to: • Schedules – documents prepared by the Department for general application in relation to the supply of drinking water in Western Australia, or documents listing relevant information about the Licensee’s water supply systems that is not confidential in nature. • Binding Protocols – documents prepared by both the Department and the Licensee for detailing protocols to be followed for prescribed events. These documents are not publicly available as they may contain operationally sensitive information. • Drinking Water Quality Risk Management Protocols - documents prepared by the Licensee to facilitate the operational implementation of drinking water quality management procedures. These documents are not publicly available as they may contain operational specific details. NB – blue colour coded text refers to embedded hyperlinks instead of footnotes.

Design of the Memorandum. This Memorandum of Understanding is modelled, as far as possible, to reflect the twelve elements of the Framework for Management of Drinking Water Quality contained within the Guidelines. In addition this Memorandum incorporates and makes reference to: • Schedules – documents prepared by the Department for general publication and application within the water industry. • Binding Protocols – documents prepared by both the Department and Licensee for detailing processes and procedures to be followed for prescribed events. These documents may not necessarily be publicly available as they may contain operationally sensitive details; and • Water Quality Management Processes and Procedures - documents prepared by the Licensee to assure drinking water quality and which are not publicly available as they may contain operational specific details.

Related to Design of the Memorandum

  • Site Memorandum The Design Professional agrees to comply fully with the requirements of the attached Exhibit F, Site Memorandum. The Design Professional agrees to notify the Owner, at once and in any event within ten calendar days after execution of this Contract, of the amount of money the Owner should budget in order to cover costs identified in the Site Memorandum. The Design Professional agrees that, without cost to the Owner, the Design Professional shall make such proper and reasonable changes in the Site Plan and preliminary foundation design that are either necessary or desirable as required by the Stage One statement and subsequent investigation by the geotechnical engineer (see Subparagraph 1.1.2.6.3) obtained pursuant to the Site Memorandum. All information should be incorporated into the final Site Plan and final foundation design for the Stage Two statement. The Design Professional shall file copies with the Owner and accompany them with a current Statement of Probable Construction Cost, in the format shown in the Forms Packet, as a part of the next submittal required by this Contract. (See ASTM Standard Practice E 1804-02, August 2002, Section 8.4 for guidance on information which is generally developed in site development documents.)

  • Preliminary Engineering In order to receive City review and approval of the Extensions, Developer shall furnish two (2) copies of the plat map, topographic map and proposed roads profile sheets in electronic format prior to the City’s ordering of the engineering plans from its Engineer. The contour elevation and road profile elevations shall be referenced to NAVD ‘88 datum. In the event Developer’s engineer prepares the construction plans and specifications, the above information shall be a part of the extension construction plans to be reviewed and approved by the City’s Engineer. The final plat map shall be to the scale of 1-inch = 20 feet. The contour map shall have a scale of 1-inch = 20 feet and contour intervals of two (2) feet or less. The road profile sheets shall be to the scale of 1-inch = 20 feet. Developer shall provide a minimum of one benchmark, datum being NAVD ‘88, on the project site; and the elevation and location of the benchmark shall be indicated on the maps furnished by Developer.

  • TERM OF MEMORANDUM An employee who has properly withdrawn membership as provided herein shall not be subject to the provisions of this section.
