Coded text means the text of a proposed constitutional amendment or revision that has underlined and stricken text to represent additions and deletions, respectively, within the amendment or revision.

  • Exchange-Traded Product or “ETP” means a security traded on an exchange that: (i) tracks an underlying security, index or financial instrument; or (ii) uses a benchmark index but whose manager(s) may change sector allocations, market-time trades, or deviate from the index.
