DESCRIPTION OF EMPLOYEE'S DUTIES. Subject to the supervision and pursuant to the orders, advice, and direction of employer, employee shall perform such duties as are customarily performed by one holding such position in other businesses or enterprises of the same or similar nature as that engaged in by employer. Employee shall additionally render such other and unrelated services and duties as may be assigned to him from time to time by employer.
DESCRIPTION OF EMPLOYEE'S DUTIES. Employee will be employed as Chief Human Resources Officer. Employee’s job duties are set forth in Exhibit 1. The position is exempt from overtime under both state and federal laws and regulations. You will report to Cxxxxxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx and your primary office location will be at our offices in Denver, Colorado. Your start date will be approximately February 1, 2021 (the “Start Date”). In addition, we also attach Colorado Overtime and Minimum Pay Standards Order 36.

The Employee shall also serve on the Board of Directors of the Employer, and for the purposes of this Agreement, shall be considered a senior member of the Employer's management staff, herein referred to as the Executive Officers
