MANNER OF PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEE'S DUTIES. Employee shall at all times faithfully, industriously, and to the best of his ability, experience, and talent, perform all duties that may be required of and from him pursuant to the express and implicit terms hereof, to the reasonable satisfaction of employer. Such duties shall be rendered at the abovementioned premises and at such other place or places as employer shall in good faith require or as the interests, needs, business, and opportunities of employer shall require or make advisable.
MANNER OF PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEE'S DUTIES. Employee shall be a full-time employee of Employer, shall devote his best efforts and entire business time, attention, and services exclusively to the business and affairs of Employer, and shall perform his duties as set forth in Exhibit 1 with fidelity and to the best of his ability, experience, and talent. Employee shall also perform the duties of his position to the reasonable satisfaction of Employer. Employee will not engage in the performance of services for any other business or entity during the term of this Agreement unless the performance of such services is approved by Employer in advance. Notwithstanding anything in this Section 4, or in any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, Employer hereby approves Employee’s continued participation in, and service to, the business enterprise identified and described in Exhibit 2.
MANNER OF PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEE'S DUTIES. Employee agrees that he will at all times faithfully, industriously, and to the best of his ability, perform all of the duties that may be required of and from him pursuant to the express and implicit terms of this agreement, to the reasonable satisfaction of Employer. The duties shall be rendered in Santa Clara, California, Korea and/or at any other place or places as Employer shall in good faith require or as the interests, needs, business, and opportunities of Employer shall require or make advisable.
MANNER OF PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEE'S DUTIES. Employee shall at all times faithfully, industriously, and to the best of his ability, experience, and talent, perform all duties that may be required of and from him pursuant to the express and implicit terms hereof, to the reasonable satisfaction of Nyxio Technologies. Such duties shall be rendered at the above mentioned premises and at such other place or places as Nyxio Technologies shall in good faith require or as the interests, needs, business, and opportunities of Nyxio Technologies shall require or make advisable.
MANNER OF PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEE'S DUTIES. The Employee agrees that Employee at all times will perform, faithfully, industriously, and to the best of the Employee's ability, experience, and talent, all duties that may be required of the Employee pursuant to the express and implicit terms of this Agreement, to the reasonable satisfaction of the Employer. Such duties will be rendered at 5804 E. Slauson Avenue, Commerce, California 90040, and at such xxxxx xxxxx xx places as the Employer in good faith may require, or as the interests, needs, business, and opportunities of the Employer will require or make advisable.

Employee agrees to perform, at all times faithfully, industriously, and to the best of his ability, experience, and talent, all of the duties that may be required of and from him pursuant to the express and implicit terms of this Agreement, to the satisfaction of Employer. Such duties shall be rendered at the Employer’s principal executive offices and at such other place or places as Employer shall in good faith require or as the interests, needs, business, and opportunities of Employer shall require or make advisable. MANNER OF PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEE'S DUTIES. Employee shall at all times faithfully, industriously and to the best of Employee's ability, experience and talent perform all duties that may be required of and from him pursuant to the terms hereof. Such duties shall be rendered at such places as the Company shall in good faith require or as the interests, needs, business and opportunities of the Company shall require or make advisable; however, the Company will not change the Employee's principal office to a location outside the Palm Beach, Broward County, Florida area.
MANNER OF PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEE'S DUTIES. Employee agrees that Employee shall at all times faithfully, industriously and to the best of Employee's ability, experience and talent, perform all of the duties that may be required of and from Employee pursuant to the express and implicit terms of the Agreement and to the reasonable satisfaction and confidence of Rite of Passage administration.
MANNER OF PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEE'S DUTIES. Employee will faithfully, industriously, to the best of his ability, experience and talent, and using his best efforts, perform all the duties that may be required of him under the express and implicit terms of this agreement, to the reasonable satisfaction of Employer. Employee will make every reasonable effort to maximize the benefit of this agreement to Employer. Employee shall render such duties at Employer’s facility located at Xxxxxxx xxxx 00, Xxxx, Xxxxxx, and any other place or places Employer may require.
