Department Head or Designee. If the answer is not satisfactory, the matter shall be presented in writing, stating specific provisions of the Agreement allegedly violated, by the Department Xxxxxxx or the Union Xxxxxxx, to the department head within five (5) workdays after the response. The department head shall respond to the Union Xxxxxxx in writing, within five (5) workdays.
