Mileage Measurement Where required, the mileage measurement for LIS rate elements is determined in the same manner as the mileage measurement for V&H methodology as outlined in NECA Tariff No. 4.
Measuring EPP parameters Every 5 minutes, EPP probes will select one “IP address” of the EPP servers of the TLD being monitored and make an “EPP test”; every time they should alternate between the 3 different types of commands and between the commands inside each category. If an “EPP test” result is undefined/unanswered, the EPP service will be considered as unavailable from that probe until it is time to make a new test.
System Availability System Availability percentage is calculated as follows: Total MinutesintheMonth −Downtime System Availability%age = Total MinutesintheMonth *100 System Availability SLA (“SLA”) 99.5% System Availability percentage during each Month for productive versions Credit 2% of Monthly Subscription Fees for each 1% below SLA, not to exceed 100% of Monthly Subscription Fees Excluded Downtime Total Minutes in the Month attributable to: (i) a Scheduled Downtime for which a Regular Maintenance Window is described in Section 4 below, or (ii) any other Scheduled Downtime according to Section 4 for which the customer has been notified at least five (5) business days prior to such Scheduled Downtime or (iii) unavailability caused by factors outside of SAP’s reasonable control, such as unpredictable and unforeseeable events that could not have been avoided even if reasonable care had been exercised. Scheduled Downtime Scheduled Downtime for the applicable Cloud Services to which customer has subscribed is set forth in Section 4 below entitled “Maintenance Windows for Cloud Services”.
Product Availability Under no circumstances shall Company be responsible to Representative or anyone else for its failure to fill accepted orders, or for its delay in filling accepted orders, when such failure or delay is due to strike, accident, labor trouble, acts of nature, freight embargo, war, civil disturbance, vendor problems or any cause beyond Company's reasonable control.
Supported wage rates Employees to whom this clause applies shall be paid the applicable percentage of the minimum rate of pay prescribed by this Agreement for the class of work which the person is performing according to the following schedule: Assessed Capacity (Clause 1.3) % of prescribed rate 10%* 10% 20% 20% 30% 30% 40% 40% 50% 50% 60% 60% 70% 70% 80% 80% 90% 90% * (Provided that the minimum amount payable shall be not less than $45 per week). Where a person’s assessed capacity is 10%, they shall receive a high degree of assistance and support.
Temperature Measurement Temperature will be measured by the nearest automatic Melbourne Bureau of Meteorology Monitoring Station for example (but not limited to): Melbourne, Moorabbin, Dunns Hill, Melbourne Airport, Frankston, and Point Xxxxxx. At the commencement of each project, the onsite management and employee representatives shall agree which is to be the applicable automatic weather monitoring station.
Tolerance Average net mass of cement packed in bags in a sample shall be equal to or more than 50kg. If and as desired by the Engineer-in-Charge, the number of samples to be checked for net mass of cement per bag, in a given number of bags shall be as given below: 100 to 150 bags : 20 sample 150 to 280 bags : 32 sample 281 to 500 bags : 50 sample 501 to 1200 bags : 80 sample 1201 to 3200 bags : 125 sample 3201 and above : 200 sample The bags in a sample shall be selected at random. Staffing Levels To the extent legislative appropriations and PIN authorizations allow, safe staffing levels will be maintained in all institutions where employees have patient, client, inmate or student care responsibilities. In July of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of each agency will, upon request, meet with the Union, to hear the employees’ views regarding staffing levels. In August of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of Budget and Management will, upon request, meet with the Union to hear the employees’ views regarding the Governor’s budget request.

Service Availability You understand that Service availability is at all times conditioned upon the corresponding operation and availability of the communication systems used in communicating your instructions and requests to the Credit Union. We will not be liable or have any responsibility of any kind for any loss or damage thereby incurred by you in the event of any failure or interruption of such communication systems or services resulting from the act or omission of any third party, or from any other cause not reasonably within the control of the Credit Union.
