Delivery Bunkers. Upon delivery of the Vessel(s), the Owner shall present to the Contracting Officer a statement certified by the Owner or its authorized agent showing the amount and grade of fuel on board at the time of delivery with such additional verification as the Contracting Officer may require and the Charterer shall pay the Owner for such fuel at the current market price at the port of delivery upon certification and verification of such statement by the Contracting Officer. The Charterer shall pay for the on-hire bunker survey if performed by an independent surveyor and required by the Contracting Officer. The Owner shall provide additional bunkers as may be required by the Charterer prior to the acceptance of the Vessel(s) by the Charterer; the Charterer shall reimburse the Owner all costs directly connected with the bunkering of the additional fuel, including but not limited to, lighterage, dockage and similar charges, and taxes related therewith.

The Charterer shall pay for the on-hire bunker survey if performed by an independent surveyor and required by the Contracting Officer. The Owner shall provide additional bunkers as may be required by the Charterer prior to the acceptance of the Vessel by the Charterer; and the Charterer shall reimburse the Owner all costs directly connected with the bunkering of the additional fuel, including but not limited to lighterage, dockage and similar charges, and taxes related therewith.

  • Delivery Point (a) All Energy shall be Delivered hereunder by Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point.
