Definition of Business Days. For the purpose of processing grievances, business days shall be defmed as Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Timeline Adjustments The time elements in the steps may be shortened, extended or waived upon written mutual agreement between the parties. Appeal - Timelines Any grievance, which is not appealed within the specified time limits set forth in that step level, shall be considered to be settled on the basis of the decision rendered at the previous step level.   • Payments on Non-Business Days Whenever any payment to be made by Borrower hereunder shall be stated to be due on a day which is not a Business Day, payments shall be made on the next succeeding Business Day and such extension of time shall be included in the computation of the payment of interest hereunder and of any fees due under this Agreement, as the case may be.

  • Non-Business Days If an Interest Period would otherwise end on a day which is not a Business Day, that Interest Period will instead end on the next Business Day in that calendar month (if there is one) or the preceding Business Day (if there is not).
