Payments on Non-Business Days. Whenever any payment to be made by Borrower hereunder shall be stated to be due on a day which is not a Business Day, payments shall be made on the next succeeding Business Day and such extension of time shall be included in the computation of the payment of interest hereunder and of any fees due under this Agreement, as the case may be.
Payments on Non-Business Days. Whenever any payment to be made hereunder or under the Notes shall be stated to be due on a day that is not a Business Day, the payment shall be made on the next succeeding Business Day and such extension of time shall be included in the computation of the payment of interest hereunder or under the Notes or of the fees payable hereunder, as the case may be; provided, however, that in the event that the day on which payment relating to a LIBOR Loan is due is not a Business Day but is a day of the month after which no further Business Day occurs in that month, then the due date thereof shall be the next preceding Business Day.
Payments on Non-Business Days. Whenever payment shall fall due on a day which is not a BUSINESS DAY, payment shall be made on the next succeeding BUSINESS DAY, unless such BUSINESS DAY falls in the following calendar month, in which case payment shall be due on the next preceding BUSINESS DAY.
Payments on Non-Business Days. When any payment under any Operative Document would otherwise be due to Lessor on a day that is not a Business Day, the due date for payment shall be the next succeeding Business Day.
Payments on Non-Business Days. If any payment hereunder (other than payments on the Eurodollar Loans) becomes due and payable on a day other than a Business Day, such payment shall be extended to the next succeeding Business Day. If any payment on a Eurodollar Loan becomes due and payable on a day other than a Business Day, the maturity thereof shall be extended to the next succeeding Business Day unless the result of such extension would be to extend such payment into another calendar month, in which event such payment shall be made on the immediately preceding Business Day. In the case of any extension of any payment of principal pursuant to the preceding two sentences, interest thereon shall be payable at the then applicable rate during such extension.
Payments on Non-Business Days. Whenever any payment hereunder shall be stated to be due on a day other than a Business Day, such payment shall be made on the next succeeding Business Day, and such extension of time shall in such case be included in the computation of interest or Fees, as the case may be. If any such extension would cause payment of interest on a LIBOR Advance to be made in the next following calendar month, such payment shall be made on the last preceding Business Day.
Payments on Non-Business Days. Whenever any payment hereunder or under any DSR Note is stated to be due on a day other than a Business Day, such payment shall be made on the next succeeding Business Day, and such extension of time shall in such case be included in the computation of payment of interest or fees, as the case may be. If no due date is specified for the payment of any amount payable by the Borrower hereunder, such amount shall be due and payable not later than ten (10) Business Days after receipt by the Borrower of written demand from the Agent for the payment thereof. In connection with a LIBOR Rate Loan, if an Interest Period would otherwise expire on a day that is not a Business Day, such Interest Period shall expire on the next succeeding Business Day; provided that, if any Interest Period would otherwise expire on a day that is not a Business Day but is a day of the month after which no further Business Day occurs in such month, such Interest Period shall expire on the next preceding Business Day.
Payments on Non-Business Days. Whenever any payment to be made hereunder or under the Note shall be stated to be due on a day which is not a Business Day, the due date thereof shall be extended to the next succeeding Business Day; provided, however, that if such next succeeding Business Day is in a new month, then the payment required under this Credit Agreement or the Note shall be made on the first Business Day preceding the original date on which payment was due. If a payment of principal has been extended pursuant to this Section 6.1, interest shall be payable on such principal at the applicable rate during such extension.
Payments on Non-Business Days. Whenever any payment to be made ----------------------------- hereunder shall be stated to be due on a day which is not a Business Day, the payment shall be made on the next succeeding Business Day and such extension of time shall be included in the computation of the payment of the interest hereunder; provided that, in the event that the day on which payment relating to -------- a Offshore Rate Loan is due is not a Business Day but is a day of the month after which no further Business Day occurs in that month, then the due date thereof shall be the next preceding Business Day and such shortening of time shall be excluded in the computation of the payment of the interest hereunder.
Payments on Non-Business Days. Whenever any payment to be made hereunder or under any Note shall be stated to be due on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday under the laws of the jurisdiction in which payment is to be made, such payment may be made on the next succeeding Business Day and such extension of time shall in such case be included in computing interest in connection with such payment.
