Deduction Transmittal. The School Board shall remit to the Association, within ten (10) calendar days following each pay period, the total amount deducted for membership dues and fair share fees. The School Board will provide the Association with an alphabetical list of teachers for whom deductions have been made from the first paycheck in October, and will notify the Association of any changes to this list for subsequent paychecks.

Deduction Transmittal. The School District shall remit to the Association, prior to the following pay period, the total amount deducted for membership dues, fair share fees, Education Minnesota PAC and MVEPA. The remittance shall be accompanied with an alphabetical listing of the teachers for whom bi-monthly membership dues have been deducted, and an alphabetical listing of the teachers for whom a fair share fee has been deducted, together with an identification of any changes from the list furnished the previous month.
