County Projects. Contractor, and each County lobbyist or County lobbying firm, as defined in County Code Section 2.160.010, retained by Contractor, shall fully comply with County’s Lobbyist Ordinance, County Code Chapter 2.160. Failure on the part of Contractor or any County lobbyist or County lobbying firm retained by Contractor to fully comply with County Lobbyist Ordinance shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement, upon which County may immediately terminate or suspend this Agreement.

County Projects. Attached hereto as Exhibit 3 is the “Broward County Transportation Surtax 70% - 30% Plan: Benefits to [Municipality]” (the “Expenditure Plan”). The County pledges its good faith to accomplish, from Surtax proceeds allocated to County (as a regional government), each of the projects stated in the Expenditure Plan, and agrees that no deletion or diminution of any project in the Expenditure Plan will occur unless, after consultation with Municipality, the County Commission, at a public hearing, determines that changed circumstances (which may include but not be limited to a significant economic downturn, significant environmental or weather event, or significant technological advancement) require the project to be deleted or the scope of the project to be reduced.

  • County Project Manager The County shall appoint a Project Manager to act as liaison with Contractor during the term of this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall coordinate the activities of the County staff assigned to work with the Contractor.

  • PROJECT 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

  • City Property All original documents, drawings, electronic media, and other materials prepared by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement immediately become the exclusive property of the CITY, and shall not be used by CONTRACTOR for any other purpose without the CITY’s prior written consent.

  • School Improvement Plans The School shall develop and implement a School Improvement Plan as required by section 1002.33(9)(n), Florida Statutes and applicable State Board of Education Rules or applicable federal law.
