Counting of Time. Whenever days are to be counted under this Agreement, the first day will not be counted and the last day will be counted, such that if a notice is delivered on a Monday to one Party, for example, with a five (5) day reply period hereunder, the reply must be sent to the sending Party (not received by such sending Party) by such recipient member no later than 11:59 a.m. local time for the sender, on the Saturday next following such Monday.
