  • SICK LEAVE WITH PAY LIMITATION 175. An employee who is absent because of disability leave and who is receiving disability indemnity payments may request that the amount of disability indemnity payment be supplemented with salary to be charged against the employee's sick leave with pay credits so as to equal the amount the employee would have earned for a regular work schedule.
