Job Posting Provision. Notwithstanding article 34.8(d)(i), the Hospital shall post vacancies during a recall period as per the job posting procedure except in cases where the vacant position is one that has been occupied at the time of layoff by an employee eligible for recall. In such case, the laid-off employee shall be recalled to the position. Should the position be posted and not filled under the job posting provision, an employee eligible for recall shall have the opportunity of recall from layoff to such a vacancy, in order of seniority, provided he/she is qualified and has the ability to perform the work.

  • Posting Procedure (a) Except as otherwise provided, all positions shall be posted as they arise and shall be posted using the standard posting format (see Appendix ‘C’).

  • Transitional Provision Schedule 3.2 contains a schedule of certain letters of credit issued for the account of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries by any of the Lenders prior to the Closing Date.
