Consultative Panel. 1. The President of the Tribunal and the President of the Appeal Tribunal shall be assisted by a Consultative Panel for ensuring the proper application of this Code of Conduct, of Article 3.40 (Ethics) and for the execution of any other task, where so provided. 2. The Consultative Panel shall be composed of the respective Vice-Presidents and of the two most senior Members of the Tribunal or of the Appeal Tribunal. ANNEX 12 CONCURRING PROCEEDINGS 1.   • Consultative Committee 26.1 The parties agree to establish a consultative committee to assist the parties improve productivity, efficiency and to provide for the effective involvement of employees in decision making processes. The committee will consist of an equal number of company and elected employee representatives.

  • Consultative Mechanism The parties agree that a precondition for the effective operation of the Agreement is the establishment of consultative mechanisms with the Company. Officers of the Union shall have a standing invitation to attend any such meeting.   • CONSULTATIVE MECHANISMS An enterprise consultative committee may be established to assist in the implementation of this Agreement. The Consultative Committee cannot discuss or pass resolutions that negate or amend the terms or intent of this Agreement or the VBIA or the Award. The committee would consist of equal numbers of management and employee representatives. The employee representatives will be elected by the shop floor employees of the enterprise. Elected representatives will be given adequate time for meetings and to consult with employees before and after meetings. The quorum for a meeting shall be four, at least half of whom must be employee representatives. The Secretary of the CEPU (Plumbing Division) or nominee shall have a standing invitation to participate in meetings. Any issue that cannot be resolved shall be dealt with in accordance with the Dispute Settlement Procedure set out in this Agreement.

  • Joint Consultation Committee 5.0.1 A Joint Consultation Committee will be established to consult about issues relating to the workplace that affect the Parties or any employee bound by this Agreement.

The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.
