Consultation Process definition

Consultation Process means the consultation processes undertaken by or on behalf of an Entity in respect of its project as required by an Applicable Law and/or regulation but excluding any bilateral consultations between the Entity and a particular individual or organisation;
Consultation Process means the process set out in Appendices D and E of this Agreement;

More Definitions of Consultation Process

Consultation Process shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.4(a).

Related to Consultation Process

  • Consultation means the good faith attempt by the Depositary to discuss, if practicable, the relevant issue in a timely manner with a person employed by the Company reasonably believed by the Depositary to be empowered by the Company to engage in such discussion on behalf of the Company.

  • Services Coordinator means an employee of the community developmental disability program or other agency that contracts with the county or Division, who is selected to plan, procure, coordinate, monitor Individual Support Plan services, and to act as a proponent for individuals with developmental disabilities.
