Construction Supervision Fee Sample Clauses

The Construction Supervision Fee clause defines the payment obligations for the costs associated with overseeing and managing construction activities on a project. Typically, this clause outlines how the fee is calculated—such as a fixed amount, a percentage of construction costs, or based on time spent—and specifies when and how payments are to be made. Its core practical function is to ensure that the party responsible for supervision is compensated appropriately, thereby facilitating effective project oversight and reducing the risk of disputes over supervision costs.
