Construction Supervision Fee. For any services performed by Manager pursuant to Paragraph 1.14, above, Manager shall receive a construction supervision fee equal to five percent (5%)of the total amount of construction costs approved by Owner, due payable concurrently with the applicable payments to the construction contractor(s) and materialmen. 14
